Purpose & Presence Meditation

Purpose and Presence Meditation

Series of four guided meditations occurring on Sunday nights throughout April brought to you by Health Studio KC! We have some of your favorites around KC leading the meditations, like Julia Harkleroad of KALOS experience, Sarah Buchanan of INDULGE and Brad Elpers of Acme Yoga Co. and Lauren Gonzales of Badass B In A Pod.

April is Stress Awareness Month -- part of stress prevention is creating space proactively.  In our fast-paced days, this is increasingly difficult as our margins shrink and our to-do lists expand.  The technology in our hands prevents moments for our minds to rest or wander.  Restoring the balance requires habits and intention, often uncomfortable, but a nourishing of our mind/heart/soul.  In an effort to cultivate the space, Health Studio KC is partnering with some amazing local practitioners in some brief Sunday evening meditations.  Open to all -- the curious, the experienced and the newly intrigued -- to acknowledge your weekend and to begin your week mindful and centered.

Sessions begin at 7:30PM and last 30-45 minutes.  The location is Beggars Table Church & Gallery, 2010 Baltimore Ave and will be held in conjunction with the current art show, "Purpose and Presence".

04/08/2018 (Sun.) // Sarah Buchanan @we.indulge
